As a nonprofit organization, we provide mediation, conflict-resolution services, skill-building programs, mentoring, education, and supportive programs designed to help youth and adults develop healthier ways to communicate, solve problems, and move forward.

Our mission is to promote peaceful conflict resolution by providing a safe, respectful, and neutral environment where individuals, families, and communities can communicate openly, address differences, and work toward meaningful solutions.
Through mediation, education, and community collaboration, we strive to empower individuals to resolve disputes constructively, strengthen relationships, and build a more peaceful Eastern Carolina.
